ACCE Mentoring Agreement

CCCC Financial Aid Application Procedures

ONeill Center for Student Access and Support provides accommodations for students with documented disabilities,
including learning differences, sensory impairments, psychological disabilities, or physical conditions.

Student Wellness Office
4Cs Student Wellness empowers students to thrive. Together, we explore and grow in all aspects of the wellness wheel including emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, and spiritual. If you feel that the stresses in your life are affecting your health, sense of wellbeing, relationships, and/or academic performance, and you need to talk to someone, there is support available on campus. Schedule an appointment by emailing wellness@capecod.edu.

Supplemental Instruction Program (SIP)
The SIP provides specialized training for students to become SIP Leaders,
who are peer tutors assigned to a specific class section to work with students.

Tutoring Center
This office, which is staffed by Professional Tutors and Peer Tutors, offers one-on-one support
in academic subjects across the curriculum: Science, Math, Accounting, etc.

Peer Tutoring Program
This Program provides training to current students enrolled in for-credit courses
to become tutors in courses in which they have received a grade of B or higher.

Online Tutoring - Brainfuse
On Demand, Anytime, Anywhere. The 4Cs online tutoring service, "Brainfuse", can be accessed 24/7 on Moodle.
There is no time limit for using Brainfuse for any of its study features.

Coaches and Mentors at CCCC
A program offering college staff support to help you prepare your future
and adapt to the challenges of college coursework.

Science Lab (For Biology and Anatomy & Physiology Support)
The Science Lab (also known as the Bone Room) is a space
for individuals and small groups to study for Biology classes.

Math Learning Center
Learning Specialists, Peer Tutors and small group assistance for Math courses.

Reading and Writing Resource Center
Learning Specialists and Peer Tutors drop-in center.

The Advantage Program
Empowering students to successfully graduate with an Associate's degree and to transfer to pursue a Bachelor's degree.
Staff includes advisors, professional tutors and peer mentors.

Academic Standing and Graduation Requirements
College policies defined for academic good standing, dismissal, readmission and the Fresh Start Program.

Transfer Advising
MassTransfer, Commonwealth Commitment, and other transfer information.

4Cs Foundation Scholarships (ACCE students encouraged to apply)
... and Cape Cod Foundation scholarships.

Transportation to/from CCCC
Information on public transit and ride sharing.

4Cs Academic Calendar
Important dates for students and mentors.
